For a question, problem, privacy request, or correction, email the maintainer. Soar is a small independent project, so replies are personal rather than an official Bahá’í support service.

For an app issue, include the device model, operating-system version, Soar version, the screen involved, and what you expected to happen. For a website issue, include the page URL, browser, and approximate time. Please do not send passwords, identity tokens, or confidential reflection text.
Soar AI and sources
Soar AI can make mistakes. Check quotations and context using the linked source pages. Soar is not an official interpretation service, and an AI response should not replace the official Bahá’í Reference Library. If a quotation, link, title, or attribution looks wrong, send the question and source link so it can be investigated.
Account, sync, and deletion
- Is an account required? No. The iPhone and Android apps remain usable without signing in. A Soar Account is used for backup and restore and is required for Shared Song Collections.
- How do I delete the account? In either native app, open More → Settings → Soar Account → Delete account. This deletes server-side account and synced data but does not erase data stored locally on the device.
- What if Apple revocation needs a manual step? Follow the message shown after deletion and remove Soar under your Apple ID’s Sign in with Apple settings.
- Can I request deletion on the web? Yes. Send an account deletion request from an address associated with the account so ownership can be verified safely.
Free use and optional support
All Soar features are free. There are no paid tiers or sacred texts behind a paywall. Optional support through Stripe or PayPal unlocks nothing and is not a contribution to a Bahá’í Fund or Ḥuqúqu’lláh. Recurring support is a voluntary payment, not a Soar membership or product subscription, and can be managed through Stripe.
Songbook contributions
The Contribute page prepares an email for a song suggestion or recording. Attachments are sent through your email provider; the website does not upload them. Please identify the composer, performer, and source and share only material you are entitled to send.
